2025-11-17Had such a great experience with Josephine Z! She listened to what I wanted for my hair and looked at pictures. She talked to me about what the limitations might be given my hair and budget and helped come up with a solid plan to get my hair as close to what I was looking for. The end result was even better than the pictures I showed her! She seemed genuinely excited to be helping me and like she was enjoying doing my hair, which was refreshing. I left feeling just as excited as she was and truly loving my new cut and highlights. Coming back to update this again because I just got my highlights touched up and a new haircut and was just as impressed this time. I saw Grace and was blown away again. The cut was very different for me but I love it and she did a great job at making sure it was even and neat. My color looks great and the pricing was very fair. While another L&L location is much closer, I'll drive the extra few minutes to Pottstown every time. They do great work, everyone is kind and friendly and I leave feeling confident and refreshed every time.
