I have been coming to see Anh for a gel manicure and regular pedi every two weeks for a little over three years and I look forward to it every time. As you can see, she does an absolutely fabulous job. I’ve had a lash lift & tint and brow tint & shape with Kat several times and she is also wonderful. Sara is always very helpful with scheduling, making sure I’m on the books if my regular appointment falls on a holiday. Overall, the salon is clean and modern, everyone I’ve interacted with is friendly and helpful - if I could give more than five stars I would.

I love love love coming here! I’ve had gel manicures here a few times now and every experience has been amazing. The gel removal process is done with care and is gentle, which is great for me, especially because I get dyshidrotic eczema breakouts around my nail beds which have resulted in pain with polish removal at other salons. Jade is an extremely talented artist & does phenomenal work whether I come to her with an intricate design or a simple gel manicure request. I never feel like the appointments are rushed and she takes great care to make sure that my nails look amazing. All of the staff are super friendly, and all of their reusable metal tools are sterilized in an autoclave and sealed in sterile packaging until they are opened in front of the customer.

I’ve gotten my nails done as well as a few waxes at Lacquer Lounge for the past year and a half. I have never been anything less than happy about the services I got. Everyone there from the receptionists to all of the technicians are super sweet and work very hard to accommodate schedules, be transparent with pricing, and make the clients feel great! I’ve received a polygel set in the past which lasted significantly longer than I expected. My current regular technician is Sophy who is absolutely fantastic. She does gel and soft gel extensions as well as pedicures, all of which have been amazing. My soft gel extensions have lasted soooo long (probably longer than I should’ve left them on for haha). I’m not gentle with my hands, either! She is also such a pleasure to talk with and is extremely knowledgeable and whatever she does- the nails always last! Not only that but she is super efficient with time which, as a student, I’m super grateful for when I have things scheduled later in the day. Paige has also done my waxes in the past and has been such a great person to chat with. The vibes are always super calming and she also is just super knowledgeable about post-wax care. Overall, I’ve never met or been the client of anyone I haven’t liked. Some people mention that cost is a bit higher than other salons in the area, but I personally feel like you’re paying for nails that will last, hardworking and talented technicians, and an overall great environment, all of which are things worth putting money towards. This is one of the best nail experiences I’ve ever had! Sophy was so quick, knowledgeable, nice, and diligent. I really appreciate her educating me on how to have healthy nails. I made a couple mistakes when I was booking and she was super flexible with me. I would definitely book with her if you don’t know who to choose. The salon itself is super cute and clean. It definitely felt like a luxury experience. I did both a mani and a pedi and am super happy with the result. Will definitely return!

Went for a dazzle dry manicure Friday late afternoon and by Saturday morning full nails started completely falling off. It’s now Monday and every single nail is off. This usually lasts me 2-3 weeks at a different salon. I called to ask for a refund and they said they’d get back to me. Have yet to hear from them. Very unhappy as this was a $100 manicure and pedicure. Should last more than 5 hours.
