2025-08-31I got a plain white gel polish on my toes, she charged me 15 extra because I got gel and 5 extra to remove my old polish. Never going here again I got charged 50 dollars for plain white gel, she also dropped her clippers on the floor and kept using them on my feet after they were just on the floor. (Edit) not even an hour later the gel on one of my nails peeled off on its own!!!

2025-08-31I went to natural nails with my friends for her birthday and they overcharge us extremely and when we went back to talk to them about it, they completely lied to us and we got overcharged by $50 for no reason and we pay it in three separate checks and each of us got overcharged The service was awful and they were extremely rude and gave us attitude when we were all but nice to them we gave generous tips and still got overcharged. We are never going here again.!!!!!!! My toes are messy and not lined up! Not what I asked for at all!!!! She was rude and gave attitude when we questioned our bill She charged +20 for gel When we didn’t even say we wanted in jail, she just gave it to us and charged extra when the board clearly said $30 for a pedicure and we got charged 50 Why are they still in Business? If the board is wrong, take it down and update it. It’s clearly a Chalkboard It’s not that hard to update your prices if they changed?! Also, why don’t they clean their appliances like hello they just did my feet and then they threw it right back in the cart to not be cleaned?!? She dropped the tools she was using for my ties on the floor and then she picked them up and used them right after and didn’t even clean them off if I get an infection I’m suing?!??? Never coming back!

2025-06-26I went in there got a pink and white. They told me they use gel for that now so she lied to me. She also charged my daughter $50 each for a pedicure that was just a plain pedicure. Nothing fancy my sister called in because she did not believe me, and when she called in and asked him how much a pedicure would cost she said $35 they ripped me off money I will never ever go back to this place ever again they do what they want and they charge whatever they want be aware
