I came into Julie’s asking for a gel manicure with chrome on top. I was told to pick a color and come back to the gentleman who works there’s work station. He immediately started insisting that I needed a full set because my nails were “too short”. After he kept pressing the issue, I finally said fine. He starts working and applying the full set, he glued on tips, and glue was all over my fingers. He filed down my nails, never had me wash my hands, and then decided he was going to choose a different color than what I requested cuz he said it “looked better”. I said whatever, but asked if he would atleast still apply chrome and he said yes shiny. He never once asked me what shape I wanted. He finally gets done, lotions my hands with all the dust from filing down my nails and asks if they look okay. I said yes, but they weren’t at all what I wanted or asked for. He rushed through the entire thing and had them “done” within 40 mins. He informs me it’ll be $60 for what I didn’t want. I was polite, I tipped, but I will never be back to this salon again. I just spent the last 40 mins at home filing them down correctly, running my hands under hot water to soften and remove all the extra glue, and separating my nails from my fingers.

Very good customer service. Julie does an amazing job with my nails. They always look amazing and they last for awhile. I’m a braider so it’s important that my nails are on point all the time and she’s always available. Other nail techs in the past my nails will lift after a week or two but when Julie does my nails they will last over a month ! She does a good job with my pedicures and also does Adam. I’ve been going to her nail shop for 3 years and I always leave satisfied.

Nothing but amazing things to say about my new favorite nail salon! Not only is the staff super sweet, but their Acrylic quality and service is top notch. My nail techs Adam & Julie was very careful and made sure each nail was perfect. So so happy with my results!!! Love it I’ll be back in 2 weeks

I have been coming to Julie nails on and off for the past year and have always had a good experience. After today, I would not come back. Bo Bo was extremely rude my entire visit and absolutely destroyed my nails. My last visit, the man who did my nails did a great job and they have been growing out since then. After today, my nails are all different lengths, bubbly, and smeared on the sides from Bo Bo trying to file them while they were still wet. I asked if one of the nails could be filed down where it was very clearly rigid across the top from not being filed before pained, and she took out clippers and clipped the entire area off leaving it curved inwards 🤦🏻‍♀️ She wouldn’t let me look at them after that and kept shoving my hand back into the light. It seemed like she had never done nails before. I have never been treated the way that I was treated this morning, and would not recommend anyone to go to her. Very disappointing.
