I’m generally a laid-back and understanding person, and I’ve always appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the staff here. However, I wanted to share some feedback about my most recent visit this past Friday, which unfortunately didn’t go as well as previous ones. During my pedicure, I was nicked on both my left and right toes, and they’ve since become inflamed and quite painful. I’m sharing this not out of anger, but to raise awareness—for both future customers to be cautious, and for the business to take note and possibly address the issue to prevent it from happening again. I truly believe in supporting this business, and I hope this feedback is taken in the spirit of improvement and care.

Tina paid great attention to detail taking her time with my nails. She did them exactly like requested. Her service will encourage me to visit this location more often when I’m in the area.

Was here today and asked for natural length gel manicure, with blueberry’s on 2 of the nails, my inspo was litterally blue dots with a small green stem and could have easily been done. She told me she couldn’t do that design because my nail was too short, ok whatever I said she couldn’t add tips, she asked if I wanted round or square and I said round. She filed them square and adds acrilic without asking me (I know with tips you usually have to buy she should have said something since it’s more expensive) she used a metal drill bit on my skin around my nail and made 3 of my nails bleed. Also when she added the tips to my nails she didn’t clean the dust off of them first so the nails feel very loose and are angled upwards. Here comes the worst part. She took cuticle cutters and started cutting her own nails, sat them down and didn’t clean them…then used them on me to get the skin on the areas I was bleeding. That’s nasty.

Every visit here is a treat! The staff remember my preferences and always make me feel special. The colors and designs they offer are modern and stylish. I love showing off my nails after coming here.

I was so impressed with the service I received today. Everyone was polite and professional. My nails turned out gorgeous and exactly how I imagined. I’ll be recommending this salon to all my friends!
