Nail Studio

The nail tech that sit at the first nail station was very unprofessional. I got a full set, and She put 2 of my nails on crooked. Before applying acrylic, I asked if she could fix it. She refused and denied me services to continue my nails. As a paying customer, I should not have been denied services or the right for her to fix my nails knowing she made a clear error. Even when I asked if one of the other nail techs could fix, she said “No”. After back and forth about her error and unprofessionalism, she agreed to continue finishing my nails, but she did not fix the issue. My nails are so thick and the polish is thick and caked on the nails. They use the old curve nails from the 90’s for a full set so the nails have a slight hump in them. I will not ever be returning to them due to the level of unprofessionalism and horrible services! My nails are horrible. In the photos you can see clear as day that my nails are crooked and the polish and nails are thick! A tacky mess! Never again.

I visited this nail salon for a pedicure and manicure service. I was uncomfortable because after my pedicure service began there were lil bugs constantly flying around. They DO NOT CLEAN THE TOOLS USED!!! I’ve observed when they finished a pedicure service they would rinse the tools with water than place it back inside their caddy for the next client. And the tools used for the nails are never cleaned. I visited there because they’re never busy and now I see why. The next time I visited I brought my own tools which they declined to use. The nail shaping is very dated and old school . The little owner is rude and gives attitude because the service she provides is dated. As high as the prices are they should have clean tools, better service and bug free. I would not recommend.

took her time with application and shaping my nails. she made sure i was happy with the designs and shape before continuing and followed the inspo picture exactly. unfortunately i didn’t get her name but she did an amazing job and i’ll definitely be back!

When I asked the tech to file my crooked nail she got upset & walked away. The other tech said she couldn't do so she had to finish. If your doing a service please do it the way the customer wants it & not get an attitude! This isnt the first time I had a problem. Will not return. Also, I had to ask for oil on my nails! Poor customer service!

Went in at 630pm. I thought they were open as i was allowed in. Anyway wanted full set so im guess that was the only reason $$ she did let me in. Rushed......i wanted mid long square nails. this lady said is this length ok? an before I got a chance to say something she cut the nail short. If you didnt want to stay to give the service you should have apologized an said sorry we're closed. You rushed my nails cut me a few times an cut of my nails without giving me an opinion. I hated the service an will not return here an will make sure to warn anyone that ask me about the service.
