Babylon Nails

I gave two stars for one reason… my nails are gorgeous (thanks Nan) and they were the least expensive service but my pedicure which was $75 is horrible. Toes cut down too short… shaped nothing like I requested (rounded square)… imaginary French pedicure… had to ask that my cuticles be clipped… leg massage was trash… feet still rough so I’ll just do a scrub on them myself… and it took so long you would’ve thought I asked for something extraordinary… I just wanted a pretty French pedicure… I don’t know what this is but it’s not that and it’s my birthday tomorrow. Very disappointed because this is the one thing I spare no expense on but I feel like I just gave up my money… I wish I could’ve given that $75 to the girl who did my fill! Here’s some advice… don’t put someone who is inexperienced with a service on a station. Jamecia was nice but she could never do a pedicure for me again.

Rosie was referred to me by a friend in the medical field that I know and admire. She also has her nails done by Rosie so I booked a manicure and pedicure and was totally in awe of Rosie's abilities and also her friendly personality. Babylon is a busy and happy place to be pampered.

Been coming here since 2016! Loved when Sydni was here, she was amazing. Everything came out perfect. Then she left, so I began to go to Anna & Mika, both were great. Then they left. Now I am very disappointed. Still tried to stay with them because I’ve been going here for years. But the men here don’t know how to do nails. Went in for a pedicure, and the young man who did it filed on hole in my big toe. Then I asked for the dip powder, I was only given gel. When asked to speak to someone who knew what I was talking about, they just stared at me. Still paid my $100 , but definitely never going back.

I had high hopes with this place due to the reviews. I went to have my nails filled and reshaped. I asked the man to turn my nails into oval and walked out with every nail a different shape. There were steps skipped with my fill. I have been doing my nails over 25 years and I can sit down and tell if someone knows what they are doing in the first couple mins. I didn’t feel like arguing with anyone so I just let him finish. It bothered me when I left i just wasted my $45 for what?? I called and expressed my concern in which the lady said she would fix it, but at this point I was on a mission to find another salon to fix my nails. Another $50 later they were done correctly. We all work hard for our money and us ladies come for a service and expect to leave with great nails. I was highly disappointed.

All the girls are professional. They are so creative with their designs. My Christmas nails was so stunning! I was really satisfied. My family did our nails for the holidays. Everyone was satisfied. Babylon Nails the best place to do your nails 👌
