2025-10-22I had a nail appt today at 2 o’clock I called and said I was running a few minutes late… the response I got was ok I’ll let her know….I got there at exactly 210 and then I was told that she wouldn’t have time… I wouldn’t have minded if they would have let me know that when I called. My last appt was my first one there for a full set..and I waited for atleast 20 minutes before they took me back…. Not to mention that this was just a fill appt and my full set only took an hour so I don’t understand how it would’ve taken longer than that. It’s a salon not a doctors office. Doctors offices even give you 15 minutes.. I did like my nails but I have a dinner tmrw and my nails need done. So I won’t be coming back… you lost a loyal high tipping customer as I am also in the service industry… a smidge of communication could’ve saved my loyalty and satisfaction as a customer. Extremely unprofessional.
