I was told that I needed to schedule an appointment with a barber because only the barbers knew how to cut "Ethnic Hair." If you are German, Norwegian, Asian or Black, take care to call ahead and schedule an appointment with a barber. Walk-ins may not be available to you.

Recommend Nico as a barber. Always a qualify cut, willing to give style recommendations and never feels rushed. 10/10.

It took me a long time to write this review… but after being a customer here for almost 20 years, I felt it was time to write this. I always had my spiral perm and color done every year, never had any issues and was almost always happy with the results. One year I had to cancel my appointment a couple of times due to a serious illness. When I called to make my next appointment the following year, I was told I had to give a 100 dollar down payment because my appointment took hours and it covered the salon in case I cancelled. Every single year I had my hair done , no matter who did the perm, I sat while processing and the stylist ate lunch, did a quick cut etc.. I never missed or was late for an appointment! In almost 20 years of being a client there I was treated like a possible liability. I refused to give them a non refundable deposit for an appointment. The amazing and eye opening thing, I went to another salon , no deposit, paid less, the perm took less time and it came out beautiful. I’m really disappointed that this establishment would act like they were doing me a favor reserving time for me at a cost! Extremely bad way to treat a long term client. Spiral perms and color are not an inexpensive appointment. Glad I found a salon that was more affordable, professional and accommodating.
