Gettysburg Day Spa

I just got my hair and makeup done here for my wedding this weekend. My bridesmaids did as well. I'm so glad I chose Gettysburg Day Spa. All the people who work there are so sweet and talented. I absolutely loved my makeup. I wanted more of a natural look but to still look like I was wearing makeup and she nailed it! I also loved my hair! Me and my bridemaids were all amazed at the end of the night because all of our hair was still perfect. Even after being outside for awhile and dancing the night away. I wish I remembered the girls names who worked on me. I just wanted to say thank you both SO much! You guys made me feel beautiful on my big day. Highly reccomend them!

We had the best experience with our hair and makeup artists for my wedding! They were professional, kind, and incredibly talented. My hair and makeup were exactly what I wanted and lasted all day. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Gettysburg Day Spa enough! We had Britney and Kacey do hair and makeup for myself and my bridal party. Stacey was amazing at coordinating our plans and she helped me stay grounded when some of my plans went sideways. You know when people care and they do at Gettysburg Day Spa. Having this experience freed me up to enjoy preparations leading up to the celebrations of our lovely September wedding. They both were spot on with delivering customized styles to suit our very own fairy tale which was very much a bohemian themed wedding. I loved my experience and I am already dreaming up plans to go back!

The team at Gettysburg Day Spa provided hair and makeup services for my wedding on 6/21/2025, and they made me and my bridal party feel absolutely beautiful on such a special day! From start to finish, Stacey was amazing at coordinating everything, from the initial planning to the day-of schedule. She was incredibly kind, caring, accommodating, and so talented. Everyone’s hair looked flawless and held up beautifully throughout the entire day. Jennie’s makeup skills were just as impressive. She made each of us feel stunning and confident, and the makeup looked amazing both in person and in photos. This team brought such a calm, positive energy to the morning and made getting ready one of the best parts of the day. If you’re looking for talented, professional, and genuinely lovely people for your event, the ladies at Gettysburg Day Spa are it!

Owner was rude when I was at checkout for my nails. She acted like it was my fault for getting a “sticker” with my nails which then “exceeded” the time I had with my nail girl. However, I had no idea I was getting a sticker in the first place - we made the decision (me and the worker) when I got there. Love the people I saw there, workers are so kind, but the owner is not friendly. Also charging a sticker for nails that cost me $12 extra is crazy, especially when it only lasted 4 days. I much rather pay for a design by hand! Sticker took 2 seconds to place on. I’ll attach a picture of my $60 nails. Been going here for over a year but I will be going elsewhere now.
