Joa Nails Salon delivers amazing service! The space is spotless, fully sanitized, and they operate by appointment only, which makes the experience even more relaxing. The quality of their work is absolutely impeccable. They’ve definitely gained a loyal customer in me!

The absolute best nail salon I have ever been to!! And now I see why they are appointment only. They get to take their time and do their job right. They are very polite. The Salon isn't crowed with loud people and their kids. Such a relaxing atmosphere!! Very clean, I LOVE IT!!! Definitely gained a loyal customer. Will be booking again and again and again.

This guy was shaping my nails wrong so I asked him if he was gonna put them back the way they were he says yes and everything goes fine, fast forward two weeks later I keep calling to get my nails done and they aren’t answering I think their number is down (turns out they were ignoring me) I go in person to get my nails done and they say they can’t do my nails because “You no like” I never said I didn’t liked them I just asked if he was gonna fix them which I should be allowed to do because I’m paying for a service. They say they can’t do my nails and turn me away. Terrible service, if I’m paying you to do something you should do it right.

Crystal does amazing work. She pays very close attention to the details. It's a very clean and relaxing environment. I've been a client for years. They are the best salon in the area.

New to the area, I needed to find a new nail salon for my routine mani's. My former manicurist in NJ spoiled me with their amazing service and they had big shoes to fill! Made a same-day appt with Joa Nail & Spa and they did not disappoint! Soon as I walked in, I noticed the pedicure stations were being wiped down. Floors and mani stations were clean! Check! Each station was wiped down after each customer finished. Check! My manicurist was gentle, asked exactly what I wanted, was METICULOUS and took his time! Check! Check! Check! This place is the REAL DEAL!!! I do not play about my mani and Joa Nail & Spa exceeded my expectations! They have a loyal customer in me!
