2025-12-19The staff here are really nice, and I’ve always appreciated the friendly atmosphere. However, I feel I need to leave a review because this is the second time I’ve been disappointed with the nail service. I was charged the highest price for the design—$80—which you can see in the picture. I don’t feel that this design was extremely intricate, and I would not have chosen it at that price had I known. Additionally, I got my nails done on Wednesday, and by Friday, one of them had already chipped. It’s disappointing because this used to be my go-to place, but lately, the quality of the service compared to the price doesn’t seem to match up.

2025-11-18i got acrylics. the design was flowers. you definitely couldn’t tell they were flowers. the lady told me it was $60, she took my card and i couldn’t see what she was doing. i looked at my charges 20 minutes later turns out i was charged $70. stealing money, and not doing the best job. wouldn’t highly recommend this place. they seem to do their own design when you show them a picture. she also put the crosses on a different finger on both hands..

2025-07-25My first time trying this salon and all I can say is - WOW! I met with Vivian for almond shape/gel polish. She did an amazing job and is so sweet! As soon as I walked in I was greeted. Very clean and nice environment. The customer service is amazing here. I was looking for a new nail place to come to and saw all the great reviews about Nails Time. I am so glad I came. I will definitely be a returning client. :-)

2025-10-17Sunny did my nails and she slaayyyeeeddd!!! No really, she did that! I’m obsessed with the design, shape, everything. I went in there after having a terrible experience and hating my nails from a salon that is more local to me and needed them off and a new set ASAP. Sunny soaked my old ones off and gave me a fresh flawless set. I left so happy. Needless today I will be taking the extra time to make the drive and see her from now on. Thank you ❤️
