Nobility Nails

I’ve been coming to this nail salon since I was maybe 12 years old and I am now 29 for context. The quality of their services has declined in my opinion. I got a regular manicure done on Saturday, it is now Tuesday and multiple if not all of my nails are chipped. A regular manicure used to last you at least a week. What I noticed is they are so desperate to push gel services they provide you with horrible quality to make you reconsider and do gel. When I told the lady on Saturday that I only wanted a regular polish with a design, she said they do not do designs with regular polish, only gel. Like I said, I’ve been coming to this nail salon since I was a kid, I’ve outlasted a lot of their employees and have been here long enough to know what services they used to offer. I found it odd they don’t do designs unless it’s gel when basically most of my life I’ve ONLY gotten regular nail polish with a design without being told it had to be gel. Anyways, these are photos of my regular polish, chipped, 3 day old manicure.

I’ve read some of the reviews on this establishment and I will say this. If you are not pleased with the service you received pls speak with Calvin or Teresa. Do not yell or scream or use profanity. They have been in this business and owned this salon for over 25 years. Never moved been in the exact same building. Calvin has personally been doing my nails for 30 years. I keep coming back because of exceptional work and customer dedication. But see for yourself!

Design looked like nail polish just thrown on each finger. They tried to “fix it” but still looks a mess and overcharged when they clearly knew it looked a mess and not what I asked for. The guy who initially did them should have said he couldn’t do it and the lady that “fixed it” should have gave me a more reasonable price for my disappointment. Clearly she just threw a price at me knowing it was not worth $120 (pedicure included). This was not my first time here but it will be my last.

Moved to this area and I needed to get my nails done, finally got the time and went in. Nancy did a great job and the place is clean! Loved it! Will be back for a refill!

Thanks John, I found my new nailery! You pampered my feet and made me feel great. The prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. The facility is bright and clean. I love it! My new technician is Tyler Omg he's the best, so patient and professional he transformed my dry feet and I'm thankful.
