Jess is an amazing stylist! I’ve been going to her for years and she has always done an incredible job on my hair! She’s also so sweet and thoughtful always making sure my needs are met! Unveil is an awesome environment, everyone is so nice and welcoming!

I’ve been going to Ava for many years now at Unveil, and I can honestly say she’s the best! She’s always so bubbly and sweet, and every appointment feels like catching up with a good friend who just happens to make my hair look amazing. She truly cares, not only about my hair but about me as a person, and she always remembers the little things we’ve talked about. My hair has never been healthier, thanks to her great tips and expert advice. I always leave her chair feeling confident, pampered, and so grateful to have found her!

Steve’s a very nice guy, but he did not understand my request, I asked for a Twin tom boy hair, an undercut with long side swept bangs past my chin with a mix of a curtain bang. He cut it higher than what I asked for and wasn’t asking “shorter or longer” barely any questions of conformation. when I asked for more texture in the back it came out extremely choppy. I could feel the scissors going in random directions nothing was cohesive. Even before when I showed the cut I wanted he seemed apprehensive and didn’t know what he was doing and instead gave me a pixie bob which is complete opposite what I asked for. He left a werid spot hanging out from the back as well. When I kept asking for spray he said I would have to style it at home. Which didn’t make sense it’s a salon. For 15 years of experience he didn’t know what he was doing and decided to do what he was comfortable with and not what the customer wanted. The staff has given me a refund but was not comprehending why this cut didn’t match me. Saying it just needs styling, and offered free services. Which I declined because if they didn’t understand the style I wanted how can I trust them to fix it. I showed several references. If you’re younger than 25 do not recommend only if your 30+ because people can do haircuts that match only certain face types and do general popular hairstyles and cuts not anything up to date with younger people/trends. While yes the cut is nice on someone else it didn’t match my face shape and what I wanted. It looks like a dog bite my hair. Don’t have the receptionist recommend you a stylist because he admitted he dosent know how haircuts work. Which is fine but he should know who can or can’t do what. And Steven needs to say he can’t do the style I perfer instead of chopping up my hair and doing the Karen cut. I went to a different hair salon who fixed it the best they can and they did fantastic

Ava is absolutely amazing. So personable and an unreal conversationalist! She also always gives honest and good feedback when I have an "idea!" Ultimate professional. I relocated salons 18 months ago or so after seeing my stylist for over a decade- needed something just closer to home. I chose my new salon well and landed with an awesome stylist.

I really enjoy my outings to Unveil Salon! Jess is amazing. I'm consistently happy with the cut and get great feedback. Jess feels like a friend and is easy to enjoy while she's doing my hair. I love the family feel of the salon. Even checking in or out with Carter at the front desk is great! He's always very helpful.
