my sister and I went to get our nails done and she showed the male nail manicurist a photo of what she wanted. he did not ask her any questions about the length or the shape, and when she showed him what colors she wanted from their options, he returned with 1 color, not the 2 she picked, and proceeded to paint all of the nails instead of the few she wanted. she wanted 2 nails without polish with flowers and he painted all of her nails and added 1 flower, which was not even close to the flowers she wanted with completely different colors.. her finger had started to bleed and he didn’t even clean it off so now there is dried blood stuck to the nail and you can see leftover polish under the clear coat on her nail..and she was then charged $50.. do not recommend the male employee.

I have never had such an embarrassing manicure and to think I paid $50. I had a male do this to me, not sure of his name. He also ripped my fingers and hands around, hurting me. I even yelled at one point when he shoved a tool into my cuticle. He put 6 coats of gel on which seemed so off to me. It's lumping and would seem to have some type of dirty chunks showing. Absolutely avoid any male manicurist at this salon. This was my first time there too. My hope is that anyone reading this will stay away, I wish someone would have told me.

I wouldn’t step foot in this place again if you paid me. My mother came in just to have her dipped nails removed, and what should’ve been a simple visit turned into an absolute disaster. They rushed her through like she was an inconvenience, made mistake after mistake, and even cut her fingers. Her nails are now uneven, damaged, and painful. This salon is filthy, poorly lit, and ridiculously overpriced for the kind of careless, unprofessional work they do. It’s almost insulting how little pride they take in their services — as if customers don’t deserve basic respect or attention. The dim lighting feels intentional, so you don’t see the sloppy mess they’ve made until you walk out the door.

Not only are their prices fair, the nail techs are extremely personal and sweet! I came in around 10AM for a manicure and pedicure and while I had my pedicure being done someone else was simultaneously doing my manicure! I was SO relaxed and felt like a princess. My nails look gorgeous and I was done in an hour and a half which is insanely good timing for a popular and busy salon to do a mani/pedi!! Pictures attached of my latest experience.

I came here because the place I typically go was booked. I had never had gel polish and was reassured that it was durable and worth the extra $10 for mani and $10 for pedi. I am so disappointed to have two big chips in the topcoat/top color layer of my big toenail and a small chip in my thumbnail after less than 48 hours. I rarely get my nails done; this was a special treat for the holidays. However, when I do get my toes done with regular polish, they typically last me 2-3 weeks without chips. I didn’t do any manual labor the last two days, or anything other than dishes and showering that could’ve contributed to the polish wearing poorly. The overall experience at the salon was less than comfortable and relaxing, but I could’ve lived with that for the sake of an end result that actually lasted. I won’t spend my money here again.
