DO NOT RECOMMEND First, I made an appointment for 12:00 and didn’t even get sat until an hour later. One lady near me had 3 separate individuals work on her nails, which was one of the first impressions I’ve had that day. Only later that day did I find out that the lady I had requested when I made the appointment was not even there. (If she was not even there, I should not have been able to make an appointment with her.) When I did get sat, I showed the tech a picture of what I thought would look cute. She was very rough when completing the set as well. I got cut twice and winced a few times when she pushed down the skin around my nails. She also did not disclose that this seemingly simple set was going to cost $85. $40 for acrylics, $15 for gel polish, $5 for special shape (almond), and $25 for the design. You would think someone should tell you if some design, especially one you thought was fairly simple, was going to cost $25 rather than the basic $5-$10. The final design did not even really look all that much like the original inspiration picture. Once I was finished, I went up to pay the ridiculous price of $85. I had a gift card for $60, $25 cash in hand, and left a $10 cash tip. They then let me know that the gift card was old and only the owner could put in the gift card pin, but they were on vacation so I would have to wait and come again. I resentfully paid the price and left because, as a college student, I did not have the extra money to put all of that on my debit card for seemingly no reason since I did have the gift card to use. Later on my grandmother called to ask about the high prices and why they could not ask the managers for the code or why I had to pay that much, especially since I did have the gift card. They said I would have to come back when the owners got back. On the phone, the workers were disrespect, impatient, and making comments such as “oh my God what are you not understanding” and sighing aggressively. Nothing was resolved and no refund rewarded. It is safe to say that I will never return. That is, except to ask for another refund in exchange for the gift card once the owners returned.

I’ve been going to Queen nail bar for about 4 years now and always have a good experience. Everyone is fantastic but I especially love Kim! My nails are thin and she is so gentle with them. I typically get dip nails and occasional designs. I highly recommend Kim!

Ryan always does such a good job! This visit solidified me always booking with him. I asked for matte black nails with the flower design attached…I mean- he killed it! 🤩

I love this salon, until recently. About a week ago I got a gel pedicure. He cut my nail so low it was throbbing and bleeding and then later I realize I have a scab on every single toe on my foot. How did he manage to cut me I have no idea but I am so overly disappointed. I won’t be going back.

I’ve been coming to Queen for a few years now and they are always professional, fun and accommodating. Online booking always makes it so easy to get an appointment, but they always make room if you’re coming in last minute in a pinch. They have the newest trends like chrome and cat eye and so many options for colors and application styles. Kim always does a phenomenal job with my manicures and pedicures. They last really well and she’s so creative with the art and color combos. Highly recommend booking her for your next visit!
