Very unwelcoming and unclean atmosphere. I've been getting my nails done over 25 years. John gave me one of the worst nail fills I have ever received. He cut me on three different nails and the edges were rough at the nail beds. My nails hurt for several days afterwards. Not to mention the Sloppy sloppy paint job. It's 10 days later and they're already lifting. And the cherry on top of the sundae He also Asked for a tip. Very poor customer service experience.

Do not support this business. The owner Lisa is rude and unprofessional. I always scheduled her first appointment of the day 6 weeks in advance. She would take a walk in during my appointment time and often show up late for an appointment at opening time. When I questioned this and advised that because I work from home, I schedule the first appointment so I don't wait, she started ranting and told me to leave. Was not willing or able to have a calm professional discussion. She also takes calls non stop during your service and rushes / is distracted. The last pedicure i got, the polish had clumps. I am very happy to get a much better pedicure and professional service at a different small business. I love supporting good small businesses. Lisa's Nail's is not a good small business. Now I know why it is usually empty.

$55 for a fill, trim-down, and nail-art on 2 nails. I had a small hiccup with the nail art originally, but they were very patient with me and I was ultimately very pleased with the final result. Very friendly staff, wasn't crowded, and prices were comparable to other local spots. (Mimi (?) did the tech work on the nails, Lisa did the final nail art. Both ladies were lovely.)

This was my first visit to this salon, and I left feeling disappointed with the overall experience. I came in for a basic gel manicure and pedicure, but the service did not meet expectations. The male technician repeatedly burped throughout the appointment without any apology or acknowledgment, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. I also didn’t see any of the tools being sanitized before use, which raised concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. My pedicure felt rushed and incomplete, and one of my fingers was accidentally cut and bled during the manicure. While my nails look fine overall, the experience itself wasn’t relaxing or reflective of the $75 (plus tip) price point. I hope this feedback is received constructively, as this salon has potential — but greater attention to professionalism, sanitation, and client care is definitely needed.

I recently visited this nail salon and had a terrible experience. The place was extremely unclean, with dust and nail clippings everywhere, including trash like chips ahoy. The tools didn’t seem sanitized, which made me very uncomfortable. He did little to no preparation on my nails & had no hand rest so was visibly getting frustrated when I didn’t want to hold my hand up for 20 minutes while he destroyed my natural nails. On top of that, the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive. They didn't listen to my requests and seemed annoyed by my presence. To make matters worse, when I expressed that I didn't like the nails the technician did, he got visibly angry. Instead of soaking off the nails properly, he started ripping them off, causing me a lot of pain. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for a clean and friendly environment. Avoid at all costs! The inspo photo versus how I left the salon. Do better.
