2025-10-25Ive been going to insight safe to say about 4 years now. I was always happy when i leave this place up until recently. Ive been to many places around Erie that have butchered my hair and finally i found a place that took the time to actually cut my hair correctly. Im not here to slander the establishment. My recent haircut was by someone i did not ever see their before and as soon as she started cutting i could tell she was simply just getting a haircut out of the way. I had returned to have it fixed but was greeted by the same person who cut my hair before. The more i mess around with my hair the more i find just lopped off peices that will never look normal. Make sure you always get the same person when going to this place. I was going to add a picture showing what im referring to but i cannot for the life of me find where to attach it.

2021-05-06She was nice, but it was the Worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. And she was very distracted. Not even close to what I asked for. I tried to be okay with it, but it is so terrible. And unfortunately I can’t even tie it back because she cut it way too short. It’s going to take so long to grow back out, and even longer so it’s long enough to cut off the outdated hairstyle. So disappointed.
