Thanks to Stephanie I had a wonderful evening at the tubs. She is polite and does awesome making sure things are explained and clean before entering. I've been here many times before but she is hands down the best host I've had so far! Please keep her! ❤️

Love this place!! Everyone is always so nice and they make the tubs cooler when the weather is hot. Bee is always so nice and welcoming. Highly recommend! Plus there’s cats. Can’t beat that.

So if u like to pay $12 for a single session in a basic tanning bed w only a old bathroom type ceiling fan and flies buzzing in your face and on your body then go here to tan!! All I wanted to do was relax and tan for 20 mins in air circulating room in a clean fly free bed. Then I said something to the girl working she says let me call my manager so she calls her or him and says sorry there was a ceiling fan my bad I should have told you that.Umm ok. The fact they didn't even offer to refund my $$ just pissed me off. I wasn't originally even asking for it. Why I was having to wait for you to call your manager for no reason whatsoever?? Out of my 20-minute $12 can I think it was in there for about 8 minutes but once that third fly landed on my face I think I was about done. Will never return again. I get it's an outdoor room it's like they're hot tubs. But are there hot tub rooms covered in flies too? And how are you going to say that that's within health standards? Big huge horse flies. Gross gross gross. Went home and ced immediately

We’ve visited many times and usually have a good experience. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case today. When we checked in, there were ants all over the reservation book. We had Room Six reserved, and upon entering, we noticed ants floating in the hot tub water as well. We were asked what temperature we preferred and said 103°F. However, the jets were blowing out cold water, and the hot tub was lukewarm at best. I went out to inform the staff member on duty. While she was friendly, she also appeared to be high. When we first arrived, she had yelled “Be right there!” from the bathroom, but it took about 10 minutes for her to come out. When I tried to speak with her again about the water, she was nowhere to be found. After another 10-minute wait, she finally returned, clearly distracted and all over the place, she said she would take care of it—but the water temperature was never fixed. We remained in the hot tub for a while longer and realized we had already been in for 45 minutes, despite only reserving 30. We were never given the customary 10-minute warning. When we exited to leave, she was again in the bathroom, and once more yelled, “Be right with you!” when she heard the doorbell. We’ve always liked this place, but this visit was disappointing. It may be worth reconsidering staffing decisions to ensure a better guest experience.

Super clean, friendly staff. They have different tub sizes for different needs. You feel secluded in your little area. Love the open-air ones. They also have Bluetooth music in the rooms to connect to your phone 😍
