2025-11-07This was my first visit here. I came in for a full set of builder gel nails. Without any consultation, the nail tech immediately started cutting down my natural nails which I didn’t want, and began to remove my previous nails by using a artificial nail tip to a rip them off, destroying my natural nails underneath. I asked if she could soak them off instead, to which she said that this way was easier for her. After she was done ripping off my nails, she used the nail tip that she used for that, and placed it back in the container with all the other nail tips, which seemed completely unhygienic. She then had to apply tips to all my nails, that wouldn’t have been needed if my nails weren’t all cut to begin with. When it came to doing the nails themselves, I had asked for builder gel. Instead, the tech applied acrylic powder, and passed it off as builder gel. Overall, I’m very unhappy with this service and wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone.
