2025-12-14I really like Tara! My issue was when I had to change my appt date I had made a year out. I called on August 21st to change it from Nov 24th to another day in Nov or Dec as I was going to be out of town. I was given, Tuesday, Dec 2nd. I show up that day and see on the schedule they're closed on Tuesdays. The receptionist was there and she told me that once again, they're closed on Tuesdays. I said I was scheduled for an appointment for today. She looked it up and it was for Dec 2nd, 2026. I asked why would I make an appointment over a year out when I haven't had my annual appointment for this year? She commented that the scheduler made a mistake and apologized. So lesson learned, make sure you're given an appointment for the year you are desiring. Another issue I have with them are their messages that state "you must check in now for your appointment with..." That sounds like a command which is rude and this was 2 days before my appt. I will check in for my appt when it is convenient for me. I think they need to fix some administrative issues.

Short wait time; immediate checkin; friendly caring knowledgeable staff throughout; physician and medical staff succinct and answered questions; quick application of treatment. Certainly a “What’s not to like!?” experience. 5-Star professionalism and ‘bedside’ manner.
