Sparkle Nails Spa

It was my first time going and it was a very pleasant experience. They seemed very clean and they were very nice and they did a very good job. I am very happy with my results the nail tech that did my full set, her name was Carol. I will definitely be going back.

Sparkle nail spa is where you can get exactly what you want every single time. I highly recommend not only because of the stunning nails but also because the staff is the best. I have been coming to Sparkle Nails Spa with my mom for years. We always have Kevin or Vivian do our nails. We are always delighted by our nails. Today Kevin did my nails. I got the cutest foxes. I am so excited to show off my nails.

I have been coming here for over 2 years consistently, I love sparkle and don’t go anywhere else. But in the last 6 months I have felt very rushed during my fills, I always have a different tech because I don’t have a preference but the rushed experience is the same. The price always changes, I never know what I’m going to pay that day. I’m okay with paying more for great service but I always get an almond shape fill with solid colors, rarely a design. They do not have prices listed and I’ve never been told what the cost will be before starting. So, I’m unaware until I go up to pay after my nails are done. Which again, is okay if I’m getting proper services. I got my nails done 7/2 for 4th of July and felt so rushed the entire appointment. Another customer came in who was late for her appointment and unfortunately I was rushed because of that. My nails are lumpy and already separating. I love sparkle but I have not had great experiences the last 6 months.

I have been going to Sparkle Nails pretty much since they opened. So roughly 4 or 5 years and have always loved their work. Until the past 4 or 5 times I've gone in for fills. I usually do not care which technician I get because almost all did amazing work however that is no longer the case. The last 4 fills have absolutely been less than stellar work. Everything is extremely rushed and not done with any care at all. Today was the last straw for me. 4th terrible job in a row. My nails are short , crooked, bumpy and 4 coats including clear thinkness. My technician took a call ran outside and rushed through all of it resulting in taking a decent sized chunk of skin from my thumb. I had asked for a design when I first got there and when I asked before clear she told me no. I'm over it! I do not have the time or money to be unhappy with services time and time again. I think 4 times in a row is enough chances. I will not be going back. Which sucks because I really loved this salon.. 😭
