Polished Palace

I had a wonderful experience at polished palace. I can’t recommend them enough. The place is super clean and cute. The pink chairs, flower backdrop, and just overall aesthetic is everything. They have complimentary drinks, snacks, raffles , incentives, and gift bags. The owner Ashely is super sweet and so was Jordan the receptionist and Thomas the nail tech who did my nails. They have a lot of different services they provide.

Polished Palace is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! I’ve been coming monthly since October and Lynn has nailed (pun intended lol) every design I bring. Whether simple or complex she is always excited and dedicated to doing an excellent job. She’s nothing short of an artist. Plus I got a free holiday gift!

Came in to with a very ambitious set without knowing the nail techs other than Ashley- owner and social media queen! Ashley was already booked but she set me up with Lynn reassuring me that she was also a really good tech. Lynn was so so patient but executed the design I walked in with so perfectly! She was so sweet and made sure to always check in with me to make sure the colors were what I wanted. See you next time I need a fill!

My good friend & coworker referred me to the Polish Palace. As a transplant wanting to find a place you can trust is important. I came here to treat myself for my birthday. I got both nails & toes done. The entire experience has been great! They truly care about your nail growth. The salon aesthetics is chic & posh. I love that’s it’s not over the top, the colors are subtle. The construction of how the nail product is displayed on the shelf is great, as a customer I’m able to view the colors I want while getting the service. The lighting is great too. They have a large nail color selection. I went to Annie, Ashley and Thomas. You can go to anyone for a pedicure, but I’d do Thomas for sure. He knows what he’s doing.

I honestly wasn't planning on leaving a review but I have to say I'm really disappointed with the nails. It's been less than a day and I already have a nail lifting, and one is pretty crooked. My nail tech didn't really prep my nails at all, just did a quick buff over them all and put on the extensions. Never did any kind of dehydrator or alcohol wipe to clean off any residue or oil ? She also didn't cut or file my nails down so I have edges of my grow out poking out on the sides. When I booked the appointment it had the service listed at 75+ minutes, but from when I sat down to when I paid was about 45... It felt very rushed and she never stopped and asked me to check anything. The design I showed was Chrome, and she didn't say anything about them not having Chrome and just used a glitter polish instead, so you really can't make out what the design is... I will say the gentleman doing nails next to me seemed like he was doing a fantastic job. She was also getting gel x nails and it seemed like he was doing every step thoroughly, lots of filing and shaping and cleaning up, which I feel like we're steps skipped on my service. When I sat down he just finished applying the extension and by the time I left he was still painting her nails. I just feel like for a service that was supposed to take 75 minutes and cost $85, it should have been done slower and with more care. Inspo photo and what I left with (asked for no french tip and no gems, just the Chrome Stars/dots to keep it simple) I know it's not going to look exactly like the inspo photo, still let down with the end result...
