2025-01-12Honest feedback: this is a great place is you haven’t been to other spas or are coming from a rural area. For my seasoned spa folks- don’t let the top 100 or reviews fool you. This is a mid level spa at best. 1- the treatment rooms are not sound proof and are located immediately once you enter the spa (aka noisy.) The relax room is too small and also full of traffic aka noisy. The lockers are stacked and in one small section. There is no place to hang a robe. Treatments aren’t explained. 0 questions were asked about my preferences or areas to focus on. Do not order food or drinks- Lordy the drinks were the worst I’ve had in Oklahoma. My facial was almost 45 minutes behind schedule. My toes was cut significantly during my pedicure. Overall the staff was friendly but not at all the five star level you’d expect from the visuals and reviews of this spot.
