She told me my face shape and why my hair styles haven't been working for me, which I loved!! I have never had a hair stylist do any of that, and actually help me rather than just cutting my hair. I'm OBSESSED with my hair, she did amazing!!

2024-06-24I tried to schedule an appointment for my wedding day, the receptionist was rude but gave the number of a stylist Brooke. I was told to text her myself, and she replied criticizing the style I wanted and having an overall disgusting attitude. What a disappointing experience. This salon needs to get better at communicating with clients. 0/5 don’t recommend.

2023-03-13Worst experience. I arrived after calling and waited for probably 10 minutes while two ladies were in the back “cleaning”. The stylist did a terrible job in my hair. I expected better from this highly recommended salon. She barely spoke to me and seemed annoyed when I tried to engage in conversation. I wanted two services but she asked me to pay after only one. Apparently she was done with me. I will never go back.
