Skyline Nails & Spa

Skyline is literally one of my favorite places to be! Ivy is PHENOMENAL and everyone always makes me feel so welcome! The prices are great for the amount of nail art I get and they are always ready for me at my appointment time. All of the customers always look so happy to be there and the staff knows everyone’s names when they come in! Loyalty definitely runs deep at skyline and i can see why!

I love coming to Skyline to see Kate! She really takes pride in her work and always does a thorough job. She always helps me pick the perfect color and even does swatches to make sure I like it. Their pedicure specialists always do a fantastic job too. I highly recommend this nail salon.

i had nikki do my nails today and she was wonderfull! i had a tough design including stars and we had an amazing time figuring out how to make them look cute, beautiful service and very nice ladies !! will definitely be coming back too see nikki and her bright personality 💕

This place is great! I was a last minute walk in because I broke a nail (that I did not get done here) they were able to squeeze me in with no complaint and had my nail fixed within minutes! While I was waiting, I heard the way they communicated with their customers and planned for follow up appointments, you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. The facility was clean, everyone here seemed happy, guest and nail techs. I was honestly so impressed my short trip here, I will be back again to get a full set! :)

Don’t pick a mix of gel and normal for your mani and pedi. The colors wont match. Thats my main review. The one star is for my experience of how they dealt with it. I picked gel for my manicure and asked for regular on my pedicure. They offered specific colors which will match in both. Apparently, the company labeled the colors wrong or whatever but it was different shades. Not their fault and I understand. However, they couldn’t find matching color in regular polish for my toes when I came back to get it fixed. The color I picked was in gel. I prefer not to do gel on my toes just to avoid extra damage, but I asked them if they would just do gel so they both match and we can get on with life. They asked for $15 up charge bc “I was asking for an upgrade” 😬. BUT THEN they offered to take off gel from my hand and give me regular polish matching my toes 🤦‍♀️. I chose to just leave bc it’s not a big deal but I think they can do better. The staff was sweet except the lady at the front got very frustrated and annoyed when she couldn’t find a matching color and I wouldn’t just pick any color off the shelf and she kept saying I am asking for an upgrade for free by asking to just do gel to match the color. Usually id never do a negative review. I feel though for some people spending $100 might be a lot and a treat and to not get what they are suppose to out of it is unfair. Hence hoping this will maybe motivate them to re-think how they handled the situation. To be fair my daughter really like them for being faster than her last place.
