Mayflower Nails

Will never come here again. Unprofessional staff and experience was not good. Usually I’m not one to leave a bad review but for anyone looking to get their nails done this place is not it. My nails chipped after 12 hours of getting them done. The water used during pedicure was cold and had to politely ask to replace with warm but it kept getting cold. The owner was pushing me to gel nails and after multiple times of saying no and after I said no their demeanor had changed towards me.

My fingernail polish is severely chipped after 1 day of use. I didn’t get gel on them, but I got them on my toes. Maybe that’s what I need to do because it’s still intact and looking good!

This is by far the best place I have been to in a long time ! The staff was very nice and welcoming, the establishment was very clean and pretty, and they were PATIENT. Kevin, the man who did my nails literally slayed me from the length , the shape, and the application of the color!!! I love it here thanks guys my friend and I will be back !

I typically enjoy my time at Mayflower, but yesterday was a very frustrating experience. I left work excited to finally get my toes done because they hurt so badly from being on my feet all day. I arrived around 6pm, and since I didn’t have an appointment, I was fine when they told me it would be a 15-minute wait. They put me in the water to get me started, but that’s when things went downhill. The longer I sat there, the colder the water got, and not once did anyone check in with me or give me an update. By the time it was 7pm, I knew they closed at that time, and it was clear no one was making an effort to even get started on me. Honestly, I wish they would have just told me to come back another day—I would have understood. Instead, I sat in the water the entire time without a single word, and my feet became wrinkled and uncomfortable from sitting so long, so naturally I dried my own feet and put my sandals back on with no pedicure. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I couldn’t help but wonder if I was overlooked because I look younger and they assumed I wouldn’t tip, or simply because they were ready to close. Either way, when I’m spending over $100, I expect at least communication, courtesy, and honesty. Every other experience I’ve had there has been great, but yesterday left me questioning whether I’ll return. I think they need to improve on communicating with clients and being upfront when they can’t take any more customers instead of letting someone sit there forgotten.

Outstanding Experience at Mayflower Nail Salon! I recently had the pleasure of visiting Emily's new nail salon, Mayflower Nails, and I must say, it was an absolutely fabulous experience! Emily has an exquisite attention to detail, especially when it comes to her beautiful French tips. She's fun, welcoming, and truly makes the visit enjoyable with her joyful spirit. My husband, who is in a wheelchair, accompanied me, and I was incredibly impressed by the way Emily and her colleague, Angel, went above and beyond. Their teamwork was impeccable, ensuring my husband was comfortable and well taken care of. Angel was exceptionally kind and interactive, adding a personal touch that made the experience even more special. The salon itself is spacious, which made it easy for us to navigate and access the spa chair without any hassle. My husband absolutely loved the pampering and attention he received. I sincerely appreciate the kindness and authenticity of both Emily and Angel. We will definitely be returning for more wonderful experiences at Emily’s salon. Highly recommend!
