H&H Nails Spa & iLashes (H&H Head Spa)

Excellent spa/salon, tucked away giving an exclusive feel. My two girls loves their head spa treatments and Mani/Pedi combos. They felt so relaxed and enjoyed every moment. The staff here is incredibly professional and respectful. A manager greeted us kindly at the front door, offered us slushy drinks, and immediately had the girls seated. From start to finish it was relaxed and perfectly paced. Highly recommend!!

If you are looking for a new salon, this place is it! Super clean and friendly! Drinks are here as well. Don't question the cost. Even if you think it's expensive. They are so clean, gentle! My gel got messed up on my hand and they fixed it free of charge! So loved that! The head spa is SO CLEAN and nice! It is fancy!!! Get a luxury package! My head spa was $170 and I loved EVER SECOND OF IT. There are snacks and warm towels and drinks!! And all of the good smells! Angel was amazing and knew exactly what she was doing! She even blow dried and bruised my hair for me before I left since she knew I had places to be today! Absolutely LOVED everything and have already recommended it to others!

I got the 90 minute head spa package and almost fell asleep it was so relaxing. They start the experience by giving you a warm foot soak. Then guide you to a separate room with the head spa beds where you will change your top into a towel/robe. The entire head spa was amazing and I really enjoyed the experience. They even show your scalp before and after treatment! Another nice touch was they had lockers for your personal belongings, slipper shoes for you to change into, and hair blow dry after the session. My hair feels so soft and hydrated after the lengthy treatment. The service was so nice, we decided to stay and get a lash lift and tint.

I brought my daughter in to get her nails done for her birthday and they went absolutely above and beyond. We each had a manicure and pedicure and then she had the classic kids head spa which was amazing! They also sang her happy birthday and brought her a cupcake. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! Angel and Abby Lee were perfect. We will most definitely be returning!!

Today was more of a nightmare, than relaxing! Although the people were extremely nice, our services were less than parr. It was my moms bday, which they sang happy birthday and gave her a cupcake with a candle to blow out. That was very thoughtful and made it hard for me to leave this review. To start we decided on 2 deluxe pedicures and my daughter had a kids pedicure. Keep in mind my mom and I had the same pedicure, so they should have been done roughly the same. Right? Well the lady who did mine was done in exactly 46 mins. She rushed through the whole pedicure. Let me explain; she used the lotion and scrub at the same time. Them she put my feet in the wax, while it was still hott. She even almost dropped it bc she said it was so hott! Wrapped my legs then 2 mins later took it all off. (Wax was still melted) then she used the hot stones. She never even used the hott wax or the oil until she heard me say something. Mind you im watching my moms pedicure, which was going a completely different way. She did do a good job painting my toes. My moms toes, on the other hand look awful. I have attached pictures so you can see im not making this stuff up. Not only did he miss all the nail when painting, he cut them in the quick and the are crooked! My mom informed them the neck wrap was too hott, but they said it was supposed to be like that. Her neck is burnt! See the pictures that were taken 2 hours after we left! They also did a neck massage on my mom. My lady was done, until someone said something to her. She can back and told me to sit back down. She proceeded to just hit my arms and neck. To the point I told her to just stop. I say all.this to say we spent 188.00 on all this. Please take a 2nd before you go here. People were friendly, but the work didn't match! I really wanted to like this place. Very sad.
