Diamond Nails And Spa

My overall experience wasn’t horrible. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in, despite 2 people standing behind the front desk. The place wasn’t super clean either. Nail dust & stuff everywhere, the place definitely needs to be cleaned. However, the man that did my nails did a good job. Not the best nails I have ever gotten but also not the worst.

I was new in town and decided to get my nails done for a special event, my husband got a pedicure which he loved, a really nice lady did my eyebrows and they absolutely look gorgeous!!! The lady who did my nails was really nice but the job that was done was definitely not the greatest, she killed a spider and wiped it down with a brush and then proceeded to remove the dust off my hands with the same brush. I asked for a hombre effect on my ring finger and she starts filling down my nail into a almond shape after asking her to make them square, she “fixed” the nail and proceeded to paint my nails. After she got done painting my nails she proceeded to file my nails even more and now my nails are uneven, some nails are longer than others, they are definitely not smooth, I’m missing nail polish on parts of my nail and the paint looks like it was done a week ago. Definitely not going back.

A man named T (i believe) did my nails. I just moved here, and was super nervous to go anywhere. He did beyond amazing. I have sensitive nails and hands and he was gentle, kept asking if I wanted anything changed, and talked to me about life. He was awesome!!

So friendly not too busy on a Saturday. It was really relaxing. Davis did a great job on my fill! Will return!

I was hopeful, until I wasn’t. To start, the guy who did my nails was aggressive with it. he was swatting my hand when he was done, push my feet to me and pulling them hard, towards him, same with my hands. I asked for BLACK FRENCH TIPS, on both toes and hands, which I did not get. They claim it’s because it’s regular polish and not gel. That is not my line of profession, so maybe they’re telling the truth, or maybe they need more money, but I have done this several times at other places, and they looked so much better than what I got here for $84.80!!! Maybe it’s my fault for trusting them, but at the same time, if you knew that it wasn’t going to be black, you should have said something. I did call, and I did go back to the store. they said they could remove it and give me $10 or I can redo it and get gel for $20. I would never get them redone if they couldn’t do something simple the first time. As the argument got more intense, I decided they were not worth my energy, and left. Would NOT recommend.
