QPolish Nail & Spa

I love Q-Polish! I have been going to Wendy for over 5 years now and she never disappoints! Her attention to detail and artwork is amazing!! She knows me so well that I don't even have to tell her length, she just knows I like them short but even still, she always asks before cutting them which I appreciate for those times I feel like keeping them a bit longer. She is always so sweet and I love getting to chat with her. The whole staff is amazing and I've had regular pedicures with both Wendy and Henry who is such a sweetheart but also had services with several of the other staff; Eric, Jason, Ruby, and Lynn to name a few. Most know me by name and it's so nice walking in every two weeks to someone saying hello by name. I look forward to my visits to Q-Polish and trust me, you will too!!

Okay I tried here yesterday, I am superrrr picky about my nails. Wendy did amazinggggg! I will for sure be going here from now on! I am really bad at picking at my nails after they get done because usually most places don’t clean them up that well. I have not had one spot that triggers my OCD that makes me want to pick at them at all. She even cleaned up my cuticles super well too. Anyways if you are debating you should go to Wendy :)

I have been coming here for a year now, and have been satisfied with every service I’ve gotten. They have great pedicures for a decent price, but I typically just get an acrylic fill and a fun design! No matter the difficulty, they kill it every time. I appreciate that they don’t overcharge for designs- I’ve never paid more than $75 and that was for an intricate design with chrome on top. (Today I got multicolored french tips with small hearts on them and it was $63) I also love the environment. I feel comfortable and relaxed just sitting and watching the people around me or the Food Network they play on the tv. And, I've had every single nail artist do a set for me and every person is energetic and happy to be there. They are so welcoming to opinions and take specific instructions very well. I never feel like a burden if I ask for the shape to be fixed on a nail or decide I want chrome at the last second. I feel like their skill sets are very consistent, so I've never made my appointments with a specific person because they’re all fantastic. It’s wonderful to know that I will leave every nail appointment with the exact vision I came in with. I recommend this place to ALL my friends and family and they all love it too!

Just went here for the first time based off Google reviews and got an acrylic fill with no-chip gel color for $45 with Ruby. She was great. Salon was nice and she had an iPhone docking station right there at her station so I could charge my phone while watching the show while she did my nails which honestly was such an amazing thing to me!! I’M ALWAYS NEEDING TO CHARGE MY PHONE!😂 Booked an appointment for a pedicure with her tomorrow so I’ll update and we’ll see how that goes!😊💅😊

This was my first time getting gel extensions, and I didn’t realize my natural nails would be cut so short for the process. Wendy was very nice, but I wasn’t happy with the results. The underside of the nails is thick, they don’t feel natural. For the price I paid, I expected a much better job. It also seems like gel extensions might be something she’s still getting used to. I won’t be returning for a fix, but I wanted to share my honest experience.
