Very kind and professional every single time. I’ve been coming to this salon for over a year now and I have never had a bad experience with them! It’s so convenient to have a local nail spa!

The owner consistently shows poor regard for customers and respect of her employees as she has yelled at and scolded employees openly numerous times in front of customers. Appointment times often are not honored as appointments are double booked/over booked or placed too close together. It is not unusual to wait 15-45 minutes passed a scheduled appointment time before being seen. The work is good, but management and the owner's attitude is deplorable. Will not be returning and do not recommend this business due to business ethics.

The manager Kelly is exceedingly rude to customers, overbooks appointments and consistently mismanages time. It is not unusual to have to wait anywhere from 15 minutes to 1 hour past your scheduled appointment time, then to be rushed through because they are late. On more than one occasion I've witnessed the owner argue with her parents who were working there and made them cry, shutting the store down for days ... Then demanded workers not communicate with customers after she had created problems, upsetting customers, stating "Stop talking to her." Things are fine until you get on her nerves -- she will treat you horrible! It's a pity, she has a fantastic technician there now, Tony, who does fabulous work, but will not be returning due to HORRIBLE way she talks to clients -- placing blame on others, not scoring responsibility for what is her mistakes, and openly bad mouths customers to clients still present when they leave, and how she treats her employees. Business ethics of the owner over all are very poor.

Great nail salon right here in Chandler, America. Excellent, friendly service for a pedicure at a great price.

I had an amazing experience! I love my nails and there not definitely affordable!!!
