Onna and Vy gave wonderful customer service but unfortunately in the matter of 8 days, 4 nails have broken since they gave me a fill. I had no issues with the set that I got from another establishment but now my nails are falling off left and right. I enjoyed my time at this salon but because of the quality of their work I will need to find another nail salon to go to.

Excellent gel manicure!! Christmas green. Love it. Nail tech was very polite and highly skilled. Def will be a repeat customer!

This is a manicure review ~ **update** I’m raising the review to a 2 because a nice lady reached out to me and said she would fix them and or refund me. It isn’t her fault I don’t have the time to go back (I spent both days off here already 😭)- so I’ll add another star for customer service. I’m not going to name drop techs in my review either. Everyone has bad days, so I’d like them to get another chance. Just remember that you aren’t only putting your name on the nails you create; you also put the name of your salon on them. *** I typically never leave poor reviews for anywhere, but today I have to share. I’m conflicted with leaving a 1 star because typically they do a fantastic job on pedicures. However this is about a manicure I got. I went in and got a full set, and the set looked okay. I had a picture for the color I wanted, but they just gave me a book to pick from instead. I never get acrylic nails, or paint my nails. I had a really important event for an award I won, and I was nervous about getting nails for the event still having a week more at work before being flown out. I decided to pick a medium almond nail, but wanted it to look almost clear “nude jelly” look with just a tiny sparkle. The first tech I had made 3 of my cuticles bleed. The nails were okay, but I had two that were crooked. If I could have lived with the shape it would have been okay, other than the color not really being what I had hoped for in my original picture. I was nervous about the length but figured I’d try it! Then if it wasn’t for me I could always go back and get a shape change right? Wrong, and boy was I wrong. I was already embarrassed the second day (I lasted 24 hours with long nails, and they are just not for me.) so I sat in my car outside the salon before they opened, trying to tell myself it’s okay! Sometimes you just have to try something before you know if it will work or not. So I finally leave to go inside and ask the professionals for help! Once inside the receptionist greeted me and I explained my mistake, that I bit off more than I could chew. I wouldn’t be able to work with how long they were, and they were hurting my nails. So I return, admit defeat and own up to my mistake of giving long nails a try. A new tech comes over and greets me, and I explained again what I want to do, and asked if he can fix it. He nods his head and brings me over. While this is going on, another lady comes in with a broken nail. I remember seeing her the same day I was in there, the day before. He starts to work on mine while she waits, and I’m getting a little nervous as I watch him work. He seems to be in a rush, a little careless but doesn’t make my cuticles bleed thankfully (they have had enough already). Then I see the product of his rushed work. He painted my nails before filing the undersides…. Then sent me on my way. If I wasn’t embarrassed enough about admitting that I was wrong about the length, now I’m walking around with hideous, uneven nails that are half painted, half filed and well just flat out ugly. Simply I got a botched job fix that I had to pay 15$ for and ultimately still feel terrible about. If they weren’t fixable and a new set was required I wish they would have just said that.

Reasonably priced and great service. I got the deluxe pedicure and it was wonderful. Nathan was great. He put up with my fidgety infant great and kept handing me back the toys she was throwing down (9 month old). I will definitely be back!

Service was eh. Nails are not great. Different lengths on different nails. When walking out and getting in my car I looked and realized the gel on my thumb nail was hanging over the side. I carried on about my day tell me why not even TWO DAYS LATER the gel is peeling off my thumb nail. I paid WAAAYYY too much money for this bs. Will not be going back for this. Mind you I also had THREE different nail techs at one point bc one seemed like she was new but three?🤦‍♀️ (black sleeve pic is what I asked for)
