2025-11-09I've been going there for over a year and used to get great nails with Lee. I went to see someone new a couple weeks ago (Apple I believe) and my nails are ruined! I had a gel builder set and in a week 3 came off, after that I asked for a new set and was just given a manicure with gel. My nails are sooooo thin and weak. She kept drilling them to the point where they were burning and even after I pulled away a few times she kept going. It's going to take months to get my nails back to where they were. I won't be going anymore but if you do, go see Lee! Also when I asked for a new manicure as it was my third time coming in with the gel nail just coming off, my nails were so poorly done and left with nail polish everywhere (see picture)

2024-11-09I have been coming here for several years, and even after moving out of the area I still travel to come here. My nails never lift. They are always honest about what they can do and accommodating to help me get the nails I want. They have only ever needed to do one fix and were very polite and friendly about it. It’s very nice to come in and be welcomed by name. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family. They are worth the money! Jay is awesome and does a beautiful job!

Each of them is skilled, professional, and pays close attention to detail. Also love Mary for an awesome pedicure! No matter who I book with, I always leave loving my nails. The salon is clean, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxing. Highly recommend Fresh Nails for anyone looking for consistent, high-quality nail services!
