Had a really great experience!! Anna did an amazing job with my acrylic set. The pedicure was very relaxing. The location is clean with a very relaxing environment. Workers are extremely professional and sweet. Definitely coming back and I would encourage others to try.

I had booked an appointment via a phone call with a specific technician. I received a confirmation text as well. Upon arrival, I checked in and they confirmed my appointment right then and there. I picked out my color and was all set. I was then told they were behind and to come back in 15 min. Upon coming back I was told I don’t have your appointment. They pawned me off to the front desk host who had no idea what happened. I was then told there was another 1 PM appointment and they took them instead of me. They gave my appointment to someone else. I was then told oh we booked you with any available tech, I explained I specifically came in for LiLy because she stated she could give me what I was interested in trying, I even spoke to her on the phone. I re-explained that I have an appointment showed them the confirmation and they said they double booked. I was here to get nails done for my engagement photos and party. Once they told me no and that another tech would get to me I just walked out. This was the 2nd time I have had an issue with this salon, the first time my nails looked like 2 year old did them and they would fix them, I was willing to give it another try but nope! 10/10 do not recommend this salon.
