Blush Nail Lounge

Recently moved to area and tried out new nail salons. Blush has had the best customer service, cleanest salon (no odor), and detail-oriented staff- all for a competitive price. Would definitely recommend! Photo is Winter Berry gel manicure 💅🏼

I really wanted to love this place — the vibe was great, and Jasmine genuinely put effort into helping me find a color that matched what I was looking for. Unfortunately, the experience fell short in a few important ways. First, there were very limited pink dip powder options, which made it difficult to get the look I envisioned. Second, the final result was an extremely bulky and unflattering dip + gel manicure, which I paid $67 for. I’ve had dip many times before, and this set just wasn’t up to standard. The worst part is that I got this manicure for a wedding I’m in as a bridesmaid, and I had to fly out of state early the next morning. I called the salon right away and they offered to redo the manicure — but they were too busy to fix it that day. I submitted their required form with photos and a polite message, but I still haven’t heard back from the manager after more than 22 hours. Now I’m left scrambling to pay another ~$80 to have this manicure removed and redone at the destination. I'm frustrated and disappointed that this situation hasn't been handled with more urgency or care.

Amazing job! Ryna always hits it out of the park and is always down to do a new crazy design I find. I highly recommend. Clean bright space, great knowledgeable staff and have never had a bad experience.

This was my first time going to this salon and I must say I’m a little disappointed… I had dip on my nails and it needed removed and the technician insisted that it was acrylic and not dip. Interestingly enough, it costs more to remove acrylic than it does to remove dip. Even after I explained to her that it was for a fact dip, she still charged me the additional fee. I loved the nails that I got (for my birthday), but within a day, they started chipping off. The woman doing my nails said she’s been doing nails for 16 years so I thought I was in good hands but this is very upsetting. The fact that I spent almost $150 on the removal and the new nails is insane considering I was essentially told I was lying and the nails chipped within a day. I will not be returning to this salon.
