This place proves customer service isn't dead in today's world. I was treated like a member of their family and invited into their home. 2025-04-06Me and my fiancé live all the way in Cleveland but came down to Lake Eerie to stay the Wave hotel. It was a package deal to get a massage at Spa Catawba. It was very peaceful and my masseur was very friendly. She had a gentle but firm touch. I have really bad lower back pain due to work so she knew how to ease the pain. The locker room and waiting room was beautiful. I think they can maybe put a shoe rack in the locker room for people who want to leave their outside shoes on, rather than to put it in the locker itself.
