COSMO NAIL SPA

This was my 2nd time going to Cosmo Nails and just like the 1st visit, the service was AMAZING! You are greeted as soon as you open the door and check in is easy. Everyone is really nice and accommodating and they even offer you something to drink while you receive your service. Would definitely recommend and I am definitely becoming a regular customer.

Went in for French mani pedi, my toes came out perfect, Rebecca thank you for being so sweet and welcoming. Kloie did my toes unknowingly it was the wrong color although I did ask Kloie if it was the correct color and she confirmed. My husband and I arrived around 10:38am and didn’t leave til almost 4pm… my nails had small issues like the acrylic was uneven but Kloie did her best to fix it. Although they are still a bit bumpy. My polish was ruined on two nails and she tried to fix it but it is still very obvious. I went to check out after Kloie told me my total was $129. I was charged $136+change. Manager stated she removed $5 for the inconvenience of my manicure. Monday-wednesdays they take off $5 anyway so I said okay but is there a way I could just get some money back for the nails because not only are some of them lumpy, and the acrylic is ruined on one, they weren’t painted up to par. The manager told me yes but “next time”. There won’t be a next time. I just said nevermind forget it seeing she wouldn’t accommodate me after I told her we had been there for 5 hours and didn’t have time to sit back down and have the nail fixed a second time. Everyone knew my husband and I are on a tight schedule because they asked about our day and we mentioned how we are preparing to go out of the country. The manager tried hard to push me to get the nail fixed again instead of refunding me even though there were multiple minor issues. At that point I paid and just left. The tax on the nails were $7.09. Cool. Whatever. I have to leave to get my toddler. Well, I show my husband my feet and nails and realized my nails and toes are two different colors! We went back and the manager did not want to refund me. She tried to make me stay again to get it fixed. I told her “I just told you I don’t have time I have to get my toddler” my husband voices that at this point it’s only right to refund me something because of the many issues. The manager stares at me, rolls her eyes and walks away after declining my refund many times. To addition, she knew we were short on time (after sitting there for 5 hours) and still had the nerve to tell me to wait an additional 5-10 minutes for him to fix it AFTER I told her I don’t have time. I have a hair appointment across town at 5:30pm and at this point it was 4:11pm and I still needed to go pick up my toddler. Needless to say, Rebecca and Kloie were sweet. No complains. As far as the manager, DO BETTER. You told me you couldn’t refund me as I just watched you refund someone else 15 minutes before me. I had to fight and debate for a refund of only my nails. Terrible customer service and her attitude is disgusting. I won’t be back. Ever.

This was our first time going to cosmos for nail services. Our experience was absolutely spectacular. The staff was welcoming. The establishment was very clean and well maintained. Steven was our tech and he did an amazing job on my daughter's nails! We will be back!

Very clean and nice atmosphere. Very nice workers, Chanel,was my nail tech she was awesome she did a great job on my Christmas nails another great job for my nails Thanks to Channel, what an awesome job...

This place is magnificent! It is so beautiful, and clean. As a matter of fact I would call it pristine! Kloie did my nails, and she did an amazing job! They have the biggest selection of polish I have ever seen. I cant wait to get a pedicure! This place is a gem! The tajmahal of Nails in Toledo!!
