Exotic Nails

I gave this salon three chances, but each visit got worse. The first was rushed, and the tech wouldn’t do the French tip I asked for. The second left dirt and grime still visible under a new set, they chipped after 4 days. The third left me with cuts, bleeding nail beds, and swollen fingers from rough filing and drilling. You can even see leftover product from past visits in the photos. The staff were kind, and the prices are low, but it’s not worth the damage to my nails. I won’t be returning. *edit, I now have a whole science project growing under the acrylic product from the old product they never removed. Awful. **edit, the science project is a fungal nail infection. I hope anyone steers clear of this place. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish I could give a better rating because the actual application of the nails was beautiful, however the removal was a nightmare. This was my first time getting my nails done/ removed and my friend explained I should request a “soak off”. She told me they would use acetone to remove my nails. When the appointment started the tech said “oh I can just pop those off”. This wasn’t what I expected however being new I trusted his judgment. I told him a few of my nails were pretty sensitive as they took a few blows that week and asked that he be gentle. I could tell the tech was in hurry because he was moving quick and was anything but gentle. On the nail that was lifting from the bottom up, he lost control of the drill and it went under the acrylic nail aggressively separating it more from my natural nail which was very painful. The drill ricocheted backwards and took off a bit of my skin, which again, was painful. I winced and again tried to go along not knowing if this was normal or not. He then took a plastic nail tip and used that pry all of my nails off. There was a lot of tug and pull and very uncomfortable. No acetone was used. Because the nails were still partially attached to all of my natural nails, this was all very painful. And the nail that I told him was most sensitive, he actually cracked it in the aggressive removal. I had to wrap that finger for a few days after as it was too sensitive to even touch anything. If my removal experience had been better I would’ve returned. However I’m not even sure I want to get nails again after that experience. My nail is still broken and painful. I am disappointed.

I normally never write reviews however my experience here has been so disappointing. My friend called to schedule us appointments to get our nails done on Monday July 21st. She had scheduled us for manicures and the person that took the appointment did not ask any follow up questions about what exactly we wanted which is fine one would assume as new customers they would block out enough time for any nail service. We both wanted to try dip powder nails for the first time. When we arrived we had to wait 15 minutes which isn’t too terrible and we were fine with. Well when we were taken back we were both told they didn’t have enough time to do dip with nail extensions. My friend was basically told she could only do gel but the guy doing my nails told me he would do the dip powder but no nail extensions. The application was very sloppy and my nails are cracking and chipping 3 days in. The prep was awful and painful consisting of him taking a sandpaper drill bit to my nails and cuticles. My nails are in so much pain and they look awful. The kicker? These cost me $50. Ouch. Super disappointed with the whole experience and now not even a week later I need them redone. Just awful. I will not come back.

I give this place five stars. Because they actually take their time here especially Tony. He is my guy My nails are perfect almost every time not almost every time but every time. My friend Gabby told me about the spot and I've been going here ever since. You cut your cuticles and everything and I don't know he just takes care of you they all do. I'm never going anywhere else again but here. I absolutely love getting my nails done here. Thank you Tony and thank you The rest of the nail tech people. These are pink chrome. So cute I've gotten so many compliments every time I get my nails done here.

Always go here for pedicure and they consistently provide great quality ! All the polish last very long, the service itself is relaxing and leaves your feet feeling refreshed ! Also took my daughter recently and she enjoyed it as well !
