I booked a spa gel polish manicure with Brianna, and I was so happy with the results! The Salon is upstairs and has many large windows. The natural light made the environment so peaceful and relaxing. Bri was so artistically skilled and friendly, and she entertained my design request with ease and confidence. My manicure stayed beautifully intact for 2.5 weeks before I removed them (only because my nails grew out very fast!) Overall 10/10 experience!

I had a scheduled but the original nail technician had a personal emergency. They were so accommodating: because I am traveling shortly, they called in someone else. I am so grateful for the service. It’s always a lovely indulgence and a fabulous service.

I had an absolute AMAZING time here. The staff and my stylist were super accommodating and I adored every minute. They were an absolute pleasure. I'll definitely be coming back.

Adeva is my go-to salon. The entire staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and goes a little bit further! I recently had an issue with Aveda dropping all of my loyalty points due to a clerical error. The receptionist was phenomenal in following up and getting it resolved. I cannot imagine going anywhere else!

It was so bad that I had to go to Miami to fix it. I’ve never had Summer before and she said she has had 2+ years of experience. I asked for a v-cut and first when she showed me it looked like a u. I asked her to make it steeper as in more of a v. I don’t know if she just didn’t understand but the way she let me leave was awful. I eventually had so much of my hair chopped off when the v cut the sides were the only things supposed to be adjusted but my hair went from the middle of my back to shorter. I had enough of my hair being chopped when I asked for no length to be cut off and whatever miscommunication we were having. I said it was fine and asked where the restroom was. I then proceeded to sob my eyes out while my boyfriend just looked speechless on the FaceTime. My hair has always made me feel confident and has always been my most prized possession but at that moment I felt awful and insecure. It looked like a Bob cut in the front with my sides chopped off and my front piece were uneven. The fact she even left me like that was appalling. I then went into my car and screamed while I sobbed in pain of what I looked like. My boyfriend lives in Miami and Healthy Hair is where my boyfriend’s mom gets her hair done. They fit me in right away and fixed me up. I ended up having to get extensions and they had to smooth everything out. My hair will take more than 6 months to even get to the point of where it was before. I have never been so outraged and hurt by Aveda, specially Summer, and so prioritized and gleaming from Healthy Hair. In conclusion I will never go back to Aveda after going there for years and I will go to Miami to get my hair done properly. Thank you. Edit on May 18, 2025: My hair is STILL currently recovering from its butchering. It has grown out but it has a lot more to grow out to even get to where it was before. I will eventually have to cut my hair to the level of the front pieces that made me look like I had a bob in the front and then let it still grow from there. Honestly a very traumatic experience overall and I truly think that if she wasn’t confident in doing that hair style then she should’ve told me and I would’ve gone somewhere else. I constantly have to pull my hair to the front so it’s less noticeable of the horrific cut that I was given. I’ll also attach some updated pictures. (I’m blonde now too)
