I have been going to Shiny Nails for almost 2 years now, and every time I walk out of there I love my nails. They do such a good job and both shiny and her husband Simon are awesome people. Feels Like Home. I promise you, you will not be let down if you decide to go there

My favorite nail spot in town! Always a beautiful experience! Kind and friendly employees. The young gentleman at the reception desk always makes me feel so welcome! Clean shop with great music and good vibes! I will always return and recommend to others.

The best nail shop in the westside suburbs of Cleveland! I've been to five different shops over the last three years, trying to find one as good as the ones in LA (recently moved to Cleveland). Shiney Nails is superb and everyone who works here does a fantastic job. Everyone from the owners to the techs are professional, friendly, and do a great job! I highly recommend Shiney Nails! Thanks Simon for keeping my nails beautiful 😍

I’ve been coming here for a couple months. The place is neat and clean. The staff is friendly and the service is wonderful!! I’ve had Shiney and Tan work on my nails. They are meticulous and take pride in their work. My nails last longer than the previous place I used to go to.

(June 2025)👑🐝I have been here several times since my first review, but I keep forgetting to update it. Listen, if you're in the North Olmstead area, or not, & you need your nails done, come here. Enough said. 😉 (June 2024 review 4/5)👑🐝💋 For the most part, I had a wonderful experience!!! I did not plan on visiting here. However, I drove by & decided to try it out. I'm very pleased I did. Normal Thursday morning. They had a few customers when we walked in. When we left, they had a few now waiting. AMAZING SERVICE: We were welcomed right away, as was every customer who entered. You're greeted not only by a host but also other staff members. Everyone was super friendly! Hostess helped me check in on their computer. My daughter asked for a female (she's 7) & they had no problem with accommodating her. Actually, they cleared an entire station so she could sit next to me! 🥰 Both technicians were super friendly, talkative, & patient. (My little one is so shy!) When her nails were done, they allowed her to continue to sit next to me, and Shiney encouraged her to ask the hostess for a drink or candy. My daughter refused, so after time, Shiney helped her. 😊 Oh, they offered EVERYONE something to drink! Another thing I noticed, they definitely have regular customers who clearly LOVE this place. Example 1: Older woman getting a pedi & says what she wants. The man working there reminds her she did that last time & what her routine is. She thanked him as she had forgotten. (The original option was more expensive. So, to me, he was more worried about her service, not the$!) 🥰 Example 2: the cutest pregnant woman I've ever seen ran in while her toddler was napping with her mother. They got her in & out! ENVIRONMENT: 90s R&B play list... yes, please‼️‼️‼️ The place has a cute vibe! But, I won't lie, I'm not 100% sold on decor. Kinda blah. It's not original. If you've seen one, you've seen them all type of thing. I'd love to see it glamorous, so women feel empowered to be there! MY DAUGHTER'S NAILS: Quick mani. Baby pink gel nail polish with pink sparkles 💖 on three fingers (each hand). Turned out beautiful. 2 days later, though, already chipped (but, dude, she's 7, lol). MY NAILS: Shiney did my nails because I wanted art. Now, for what they turned out to be, they're gorgeous! I AM 100% happy with the final product, and I am wearing them proudly‼️ Background info: When I get my nails done, I take in a few pics, give them my color scheme (gold, white, black), & say create something beautiful! This time, I took in Queen & Bee themed. I also prefer EVERY nail to be different. This is all explained. She looked at my previous nails that followed the color scheme & everyone was different. MY CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISMS: 1. Both hands are the exact same. 😔 (no, I did not reiterate this as she was doing my nails BECAUSE I wanted to see what she could do. 🙂) 2. She did all the gold & black & asked me if I liked them. I told her I did, but they looked unfinished & needed accents, maybe some white. She added, maybe a little too much in certain areas. HOWEVER, again, I love how the designs all worked out together. 3. There's no trace of a bee at all on my nails. PRICE: =$155 BECAUSE 1. I left a $30 tip to be split. She worked hard on my nails & they took time! 2. Please see the picture of the art. Keep in mind that the crowns are jewels that have to be "glued" down. The more you get, the pricier it is. & tbh... this has been about the same as other places I've tried in Cuyahoga County. OVERALL: I am VERY pleased. I DO recommend this shop at this time. I am looking forward to seeing how my nails hold up over the next few weeks.
