Kevin is the very best!!! I have never had a bad experience with him. He remembers things that I share with him and her sincerely asks me upon each visit. Sometimes I am not entirely sure what I want, but Kevin always amazes me and makes my decisions for me in a gentle and positive way. The receptionist and other Manicurists are always smiling and kind as well. It’s always a pleasure.

I came in for a fill, and to get some festive nails! Absolutely GREAT experience! MIA did an amazing job, and I will 100% be booking with her again 😊❤️

My first time at the salon, it was beautiful and clean! Every one that I encountered was very nice and welcoming. Lynn did my nails, she did an amazing job! she did exactly what I was asking for and was very gentle! Looking forward to coming back!

I get my nails done by Mia and I love them every time. She does great work and always checks in to make sure I like what she’s doing or if I want to make any changes. The vibe inside is very relaxing, I tend to just zone out and enjoy my time there. Can’t recommend it more!

I was warned and didn’t listen.. please take caution. Editing to add, that 3 days after my appointment I have two nails that broke BELOW the Hyponychium. I have never had this happen before but because they dremmeled so much of my nail plate off, they are extremely thin. I saw the response where they offered to fix this… how could it? I wasn’t going to leave a review but after scrolling through the photos FNS uploaded themselves, I’m compelled. I had a gift certificate for another salon who ended up talking me into dip. I have EXTREMELY strong, healthy, long, natural nails, I didn’t need dip but I was going on vacation so I thought what the heck. I didn’t know about the removal process, I normally do my own manicures. Because of this I didn’t want to go back to the place who talked me into it, so I came to FNS, where I normally get my pedicures. I called TWICE, to ensure they could do what I wanted and get proper pricing. Dip removal, shellac mani. It would be $5 for the dip removal and then the gel mani price. When I made my appointment I explained I wanted a rainbow french tip design for pride. They assured me it would be doable. Day of my appointment I get there and Michael, who normally does my toes, starts talking to other workers so I cannot understand, but I get the gist. He didn’t want to do my manicure. I showed them the inspo photo which they told me were acrylic … I said “yes but can’t we do the design in gel?” (LITERALLY JUST A RAINBOW FRENCH TIP, and remember, I have very nice natural nails..) They moved me to a Michelle, I believe her name was. She berated me about having too many colors picked out…. I bit my tongue and did my exercises so I didn’t have an anxiety attack. I am the type of customer who won’t correct you if you paint my nails red when I asked for pink. But this is pride month and I have a bachelorette party coming up, so I was staying firm, reminded them I had called ahead to make my appointment and was explicit about what I wanted. She finishes cleaning up the dip manicure and I am able to bend my nails over my fingers. They are so so sooooo thin. She filed my natural nails off!! She also cut my finger with the nail file so I was bleeding. The shape of my entire left hand nails are completely crooked. She pulls out a dip base and starts to prep, I pulled my hands back and reminded her I just wanted gel. She said “oh you changed your mind” … sure didn’t! She has me wash my hands, sends me back to the station next to where we were and a THIRD tech starts to work on my painting… when all was said and done, it was $85 before tip. $5 for the dip removal, $45 for the gel mani, then $10 for the 10 colors I used and somehow we got to $85??? I didn’t question it at the time because I just wanted to get out of there. I expressed to the receptionist who cashed me out that everyone was whining about doing my manicure, she brushed it off saying they probably didn’t want to mess it up.. this is LITERALLY A NAIL SALON. If someone comes in with a simple design like this, they should not be scolded for an hour about their choices, especially when they paid for it! This was to the point another tech, a younger male, came over and rubbed my back because he could see how stressed I was and heard what the two ladies were saying to me. I was trying to let this go but then I look up the reviews and see the photos they uploaded themselves… over the last two months there’s two IDENTICAL manicures to mine…. This place is so convenient because of location and amount of techs but I can’t see myself walking in here again after being treated and charged like this… First two pictures are screen shots from their page of other people’s manicures. The last three are mine, one specifically showing how crooked/off center the shape is, the last photo showing how I was still bleeding two days later from the nail file. They also asked to take a photo of my finished manicure so I’ll be curious to see if they use it on socials. The only reason I kept the second star was because I never had these issues with pedicures.
