I came in tonight for a relaxation massage. Izzie did amazing, not only does my body feel SO MUCH better, but she also took her time to explain what she was doing before the service, as well as explaining the steps during the service. She made me feel very comfortable after I told her it was my first massage and I was a little nervous. She is very funny and makes you feel very welcomed and doesn’t rush her time!

I spent 1200 dollars on a hair style that when I asked when we were.gonna do the grey my hair stylist said oh we can't do that it won't stick so I paid all this money and messaged them told them the problem and never got anphone call or anything about my complaint. We're talking months and months of appointments 200+ each time to have nothing done do not recommend

Love getting my hair done here. The staff are very friendly, professional and know how to cut hair. I love the interior of the salon, well decorated and very clean and made to make you feel comfortable.

Kierra did such a lovely job on my nails! I love Reflections for my hair and nails! I'll never go anywhere else. ETA: I got my nails done again in March for a wedding I was going to out of state. Kierra absolutely delivered on what I wanted and they were a show stopper at the event! Thank you again Kierra!

I went in for a pixie, got a bob, and left with a buzz 😂. I wanted a pixie and showed my stylist pictures of me for a reference. I asked to go shorter hoping she could fix whatever was going on with my hair and thats when I got the bob. It was so bad and so awful I asked her to buzz it and she could barely do that right and was going all sort of directions. I was nice in the salon and I wasnt trying to cause any issues, however I feel I could've done a better job myself 😂. If I would've know I was going to buzz it, I just would've went to a barber and I didnt think cutting a pixie was going to be that hard for someone who has a LICENSE in cutting hair.
