I was initially dissatisfied with the shaping of a full set and shared my concerns with the owner. She handled the situation very professionally, inviting me to return at my convenience and offering 15% off my next service. When I returned, Angie redid my nails, and the results were exactly what I had hoped for. She is an exceptional nail artist with great attention to detail. I truly appreciate the way the issue was resolved and the excellent service I received. Angie has done such great work, I included some photos.

The best nail spa i’ve ever been to! Wynn Nail never disappoints. It’s clean inside, the employees are always so kind, my nails are always done in a timely manner and I always leave beyond satisfied with the results. The best Manicure and pedicures i’ve received! I’ve been seeing Mimi for almost a year and she is genuinely the best nail tech i’ve ever had! She is so talented and i get compliments everywhere i go. When you ask for the same color as a French tip and on your toes- this is what you get. I asked for color number (101) was told we don’t have that one but I’ll match it. Asked to search for my own color, was told that wasn’t an option- but we’ll match your choice. Painted my toes this color- said this is not what I asked for- told by nail tech James this is a great summer color. Okay, not the color I asked for. Then time for nails- can I choose a different color- fine whatever you want….Picked color closer to initial choice. I’ve had French manicures before, never had someone only put a clear base coat just one layer. French tips done- paid plus a tip. In less than and hour late my nail polish is peeled back so I returned ( I live right down the street). Upon return with peeled nail James immediately came over. He asked what I did to “chip” my nails- I was folding laundry….. nothing that has ever caused a chip previously with gel polish. I said I was concerned my gel mani wouldn’t last my 10 day vacation and he laughed at me as said don’t do more chores at home. So disappointed in the entire experience. I felt like my opinion and choice didn’t matter although I paid over $160 for both mine and my daughter’s nails. Second photo is a nail that is already chipping 2 days later. *** edited to add the owner (Mimi) and manager (Sara) made it right. My nails were redone free of charge and it was a much better experience. Appreciate the customer service and making it right!!

My mom and I have been going here every two weeks since I moved back to the area 2 years ago. We are starting our search for a new place for a few reasons. The pricing is never consistent and I can’t figure out why. My sns crackles or just comes off often. They are always out of colors my mom wants, and last time the lady was on her phone the whole time doing my nails and not listening to my length request. That was the last straw. Abby (when I got her) was great. I’d go just for her, but really no other reason to do.

I love this salon! I’ve never had a bad experience yet, they have this cute lil salon puppy named Benji also who’s really cute and friendly! Super clean salon and they do a very thorough job
