2025-02-15Donnie was so kind! They were supposed to close at six and he was so friendly and told me he had plenty of time to do my nails and ended up staying late to do my nails. I never felt rushed or like I was being a bother. And I love my nails. I got the dip powder with the gel topcoat and I absolutely love my nails. This is one of the best manicures I’ve had in a long time. I wish I lived in the state because I would make this my new go-to nail salon.

Last time I tried a nail salon with many promotions and discounts, but it was not up to my expectations, my nails looked so bad, I had to have them removed a week later. The prices at Gen Nail & spa are very reasonable, worth the money you spend. The staff and management here are very friendly. I am so happy with my nails, they are the most beautiful I have ever had. 2023-03-11I've been coming here about 6 months. I was looking for a nail tech after mine retired. So far, so good. Everyone is friendly and efficient. They're engaging while you're being serviced and attentive to any changes you want/need. The wait times are what you'd expect from any nail shop so I'd book an appointment. Overall, I enjoy coming here. The atmosphere is calming, location is convenient and most importantly it's CLEAN!

2025-05-21Tracy has been doing my nails for 5 years now, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. I always get a gel manicure—she’s super consistent, and there are so many colors to choose from. She did a beautiful design for my wedding nails last year that I absolutely loved. Tracy also does my mom’s nails and gives my husband the occasional pedicure. The salon is always clean, the atmosphere is really relaxing, and they never rush you. Prices are fair, the work is great, and it’s just an overall good experience every time. Definitely recommend making an appointment!

2024-12-12Wayyyy over priced for literally acrylic nail polish on my toes and feet with no fake nails or anything. The women didn't want to work at all. Man is hard working but those prices are insane. I've been getting my nails done for 6 years and only had to pay that much for real acrylic work.
