2025-11-21Let me preface that the first nail design was done elsewhere, and the SECOND photo shows the work Social Nail Bar did! I originally got tortoiseshell cat nails at my usual salon, but the design came out more “giraffe” than anything. When I suggested adding depth with another layer, the tech dismissed it, so I accepted the result. Later, I found Social Nail Bar, saw their detailed designs, and decided to ask if they could fix them—and THANK GOD THEY DID! The gentleman on the phone was so kind and asked for photos before booking me, which I really appreciated. They fit me in the same day, and Courtney recreated exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much! I’ll definitely be back for future designs!

2025-06-26I had a bit of a rocky start with my first visit to Social Nail Bar — I had booked an acrylic set and a pedicure, but the nail appointment took over two hours, and unfortunately, there wasn’t time left for the pedicure. The acrylics also turned out a bit too thick and started lifting after just a week. But here’s where their amazing customer service came in: I reached out, and they were super responsive. They scheduled me quickly for a fix and totally turned things around. Not only did they redo my nails for free, but they also offered to upgrade to GEL-X — and wow, I absolutely love them! They look and feel better than anything I’ve had before. Plus, I finally got my pedicure, and it was fantastic. Really impressed with how they handled everything and made sure I left happy. Huge shoutout to Jocelynn for her skill, patience, and kindness — thank you so much! I’ll definitely be coming back again, especially for the Gel-X.
