2025-12-05Alyssa has done my hair twice now and it’s the best it’s ever looked! She is incredibly talented, and she’s also very friendly and helpful. Journey’s is peaceful, pretty, and serene. I enjoy that each stylist has their own alcove including chair and sink; it’s so private. Everyone is very friendly!

2025-11-24By far the best salon & spa in Findlay! The Journey team is so caring and skilled. I've had massages, facials, haircuts, manicures, and pedicures here and have always left feeling incredibly relaxed and pampered. A truly luxurious experience in Findlay that I would recommend to everyone!

2025-06-19I had a signature facial with Caitlyn that left me feeling rejuvenated and revived. It included not only facial massage but a soothing massage of my hands and feet, and I felt incredibly pampered. Thank you for a wonderful experience! Also, contained within the salon is the Light and Lovely Fair Trade Boutique with all kinds of personal care products, books, snacks and gift items. Everything is beautifully arranged. I had a relaxing pedicure by Skye and it was wonderful! Feels like I have brand new feet!

2025-10-28I scheduled a scalp massage. Explained the level of pressure and areas to focus on. Unfortunately the scalp massage was 5 minutes and feather light. I had to redirect her to my neck and scalp because she was trying to spend most of the time on my arms. Disappointed I didn't get the relief for the cost plus 20% tip.
