Q Nails at Georgesville Square

A friend had told me about Q Nails and how much she loved the work that they did. I started going there and the first time, my nails looked great, I had a fill done with acrylic. The second time I went, I ended up getting gel x and I noticed later that day that the tip of some of my nails didn’t have the color on them. They were the clear gel at the tip. The place was already closed as it was on a Saturday and this was later in the day. I couldn’t make it back that week because we went out of town so I came back as soon as I could, just a few days after a week. My nails look worse now by this point and it has only been a week and 3 days. Mind you, I was told gel x is just like acrylic. So I came back to ask if I could get them fixed because I’m leaving for vacation on Friday and I was told that’s just normal wear and tear and was blown off. I even said I never had this problem with acrylic and asked if it was a gel x thing and was told no, it happens with acrylic too. They didn’t want to do anything about them and I just left and am stuck with nails that don’t look like I just paid $100 just a little over a week ago. I will not support this business if this is the way it’s ran.

What a relaxing atmosphere!! The staff made us feel very welcome. Prices were compatible. I took my husband back the next day for a pedicure before our wedding & trip!! We will be back!!!!

I love going here. The girl who does mine does an amazing job! She takes her time, to assure that everything looks good! Thank you, so much!

Everyone is so friendly. Several different people have done my nails and they have been fabulous.

Wonderful service for my daughter and I today! I received a deluxe pedicure it was perfect!! The guys doing our service were amazing. Very peaceful environment. We will be back!
