V-Nails Spa

The reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of my boyfriend’s experience and nails. I had the owner, Veronica, and got a full set with nude gel and chrome. She was AMAZING, experienced, personable, and fast. I finished a full set walk-in appointment within the same time it took my boyfriend to get a mani. As for my boyfriend, he got cut up, barely cleaned and shaped, and just overall poor quality mani. I’d say request for Veronica if you have the chance :)

The best nail salon in Cleveland. It doesn’t matter who here does my nails, they always come out perfect. Everyone is so friendly, professional, and talented. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Quite honestly when I asked Veronica to fix my French tips because all of them were crooked, I could tell her irritation because of how she snatched my hands around with an attitude. I could tell she realized it herself because then she was more “professional” about it. She then proceeded to compliment my shoes 😒. Whenever I get a pedicure it’s an amazing experience…my nails are always messed up and I spent damn near 4 hours in the shop.

I always go to this place! Everyone there does beautiful work! I post pics on FB every time I get a new set. I will wait weeks to go to them because every other shop never gets it right! I’m a truck driver so I’m not always able to make it every 2 weeks. But I won’t even consider going anywhere else! And I drive from maple Heights to the west side for these good good services!

Bonnie didn’t have bough money for the set that she got. A random man had to give her money to pay the rest of her nails she stood at the counter crying. Her inaccurate comments are because she didn’t have enough money for the set she received. Just because you didnt have enough money doesn’t mean you should lie. V mail spa is amazing and I’ve been coming here for over 11 years. Clean and professional. Vonnie get your money up mama.
