Mimi absolutely SLAYED my nails. She took her time with blending in the gel-X for a seamless finish. She cleaned them up very nice with the polish and the outcome was absolutely stunning!!!! 1000000000000/5 stars if I could! Thank you Mimi 💕❗️

I think I’m officially done with this place. It’s a mixed bag of quality work. Pedicures are consistently ok, but manicures are where they lose me. Aside from quality, do not expect them to keep their appointments on time. I typically wait anywhere from 20-45 minutes even with an appointment. The last straw for me were my last two visits. I scheduled a mani/pedi/eyebrows before an event. Right before it was time for my eyebrows to be done, they informed me that my nails took too long and I could no longer get my eyebrows done and I’d have to come back the next day. My event was the next day, so I had to waste more time that afternoon by now going somewhere else to get my eyebrows done. This last time I went back to remove my dip nails. After waiting 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, the nail tech rushed through my removal. I asked if she could put a quick clear coat on so the tops of my nails wouldn’t feel so rough. I was informed that they did not have time to do so. Not only were they 20 minutes late getting me in, but they couldn’t take one additional minute to slap on a clear coat. I walked out with my fingers looking like a dried out packet of sardines from the polish still being stuck to my skin. Customer service has severely gone downhill. I’ll gladly drive 15 minutes down the road to not deal with this.

The customer service here is always phenomenal! Very clean and organized place as well. I have had mixed feelings about the services in the past, because the quality has not always been consistent. But my recent visit with Kim for a mani/pedi was amazing. So much attention to detail and she corrected several little imperfections (although I thought they looked ok!) to make sure my nails looked perfect. I will continue to go back and schedule with Kim. 💕

This place is amazing! I went in with an idea in my head that was pretty basic and I see all the girls and their beautiful nails and I said change of plans! I came out with these beautiful holiday nails with snowflakes and candies. This time we did dip and gel. By far the prettiest Xmas nails I’ve ever had. Thank you much!

Services done by Meng. I didn’t have an appt but they were able to get my granddaughter and I in for a balance and gel polish. Meng made sure of what I wanted and was very happy with his services. Will definitely recommend to others!
