If I could give this business six stars, I absolutely would! The staff at Ruby Nails are always courteous, professional, and genuinely caring. Not only do they do impeccable, detailed work every single time, but they also care about the customer’s entire experience. We visit nail spas not just for beauty upkeep, but also to relax and destress—and the team at Ruby Nails truly understands that. I never want to take their kindness and excellent service for granted, especially since it's not the standard at some other nail service shops. Recently, I brought my daughter to get her nails done for the first time. The nail tech was so patient and pleasant. When we returned the next day to have them shortened a bit (since she plays piano), they did it with a smile and at no extra charge. I even tried to tip the tech for her help, but she refused, saying it had been less than 24 hours since the original service! We went back and forth playfully. I left the tip on her table and tried to make a dash for the door, but she managed to catch up to me and slip the tip back into my purse—it turned into a funny, lighthearted moment that had the other clients laughing 😄. Their skill and kindness will definitely keep me coming back. Highly recommend!

Flower, my nail technician, consistently does a flawless job—my nails always look stunning and I get so many compliments! I love their work! I go to Sona, can't remember how to spell her name; but she is amazing. I had to go to someone new this week and they also did an amazing job. If you ever have any problems,they always are quick to fix it and work with you. It's a very friendly place and everyone is nice and welcoming. Give them a try! 10% off when you use cash!💵

Went to this nail salon to get a basic Pedicure and manicure with one being $25 and the other one being $28 (I called before I actually went in ). I have not gotten my nails done in a while so I was OK with that price. I think that was fair. Once I arrived, I was told to pick a color and I decided I only wanted to get my toes Polished and that I would get the gel polish . The young lady that performed the service did a great job. I was happy with both my plain nails and my gel polished toes. Upon checking out, I was told that my total service was going to be $86!!! I was actually mortified. There is no price list so I guess they just charge whatever they want to charge and just because of that very reason I will not be returning there, I don't like price gouging and I don't like when people aren't Forthcoming. I found it to be very unprofessional. They need to have an Itemize priceless. It's just not a good and honest way to do business.
